The future of college bribing scandals will be determined by a decision this month on wealthy parents who have been involved paying their son or daughter’s way through top colleges.
It’s possible that the parents will only face probation, according to CNN, with parents potentially facing only fines and orders to do community service.
Of the 50 parents involved in bribing colleges, CNN reports only one has been sentenced and received no prison time.
