Report Finds Possibility of Increased Flooding if Carbon Emissions Rise

Depending on carbon emissions  in the future, a new report by researchers at the University of Maryland Center found that sea levels in the state could reach as much as seven feet by the end of the century.

The report which is released every five years notes that though sea levels may not change significantly within the next few years, they will continue to get worse if carbon emissions are not reduced over time.

Additionally the report notes that flooding is more likely to happen frequently, and in Baltimore specifically, there would be floods every day, in the worst case scenario.
