National Museum of U.S. Army Projected to Open Next Year

After $200M in funding, the National Museum of the U.S. Army near DC is projected to open next year and access will be free of charge for all visitors.

The museum will feature 5 levels displaying more than 1,500 artifacts that tell the history of the U.S. military branch, highlighting its legacy, impact and the troops who have served.

Throughout the museum there will be interactive elements through which visitors will learn about the military’s extensive history and will be able to read through an extensive database of all soldiers and even add to it.
