An organization in Ponte Vedra, Florida is working to help hundreds of homeless students succeed as they graduate to colleges and universities.

In partnership with the Aid and Support for Students in Sudden Transition (ASSIST), the Tesori Family Foundation works to provide students with laptops as they progress in their education.

The foundation, which was founded by former PGA Tour player and current PGA caddie Paul Tesori and his wife, Michelle, aids many causes in Florida that help children and families.

Following the devastating damages of Hurricane Matthew, the Tesori Family Foundation helped displaced high school students throughout the aftermath of the storm.

In addition to supplying laptops to students entering colleges or universities, the Tesori Family Foundation and ASSIST also donate dorm room items to those in need.
